Installation Troubleshoot
If you are having difficulty with installation, please carefully review the installation instructions and request an adapter for free. If you need further assistance with the installation, reach out to us at support@geyserfilters.com, and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Geyser product, you can exchange or return it for a refund. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except geyserfilters.com. Used cartridges are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@geyserfilters.com with your name and order number, and we’ll send you a return label for free. Your comfort and confidence with your purchase are our top priorities!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used and opened filter cartridges. We also do not provide returns for reshipped, resent, and replacement orders. These orders void the return window on the original order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we’ve received the return. Please wait for 10 business days after this notification to see the refund on your original payment method. Please be patient, as it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we notified you about the return received and you haven’t seen the refund, please reach out to us at support@geyserfilters.com.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, shipping insurance, and taxes paid are non-refundable.
- For orders outside the EU and UK, return shipping to the Geyser is at the expense of the customer.
- If your returned product is incomplete (like if it’s missing parts or pieces), Geyser reserves the right to refuse the refund.
- In the case that a customer wants to return a part of a discounted bundle, the full price of the remaining bundle parts will be deducted from the total refund.
- Geyser is not responsible for personal property accidentally or intentionally included in returned orders.
Warranty Information
Geyser offers a lifetime warranty for Geyser EURO filters purchased within the subscribtion. The lifetime warranty means that if your Geyser EURO filter needs to be replaced for any reason during your subscription, we will replace it at no cost to you. The lifetime warranty cover only faucet nozzle.
Only products purchased from geyserfilters.com are eligible for warranty consideration.
