Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Geyser. That is why we offer 14-Day Return window and 100% Faucet Fit Guarantee.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from geyserfilters.com. If you purchased a Geyser product from another retailer or marketplace please contact that seller directly.

Proof of purchase is required for any return or refund.

14-Day Returns

If you are not fully happy with your Geyser product, you may request a return within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

To start a return, please use the return button available on our website or contact us at support@geyserfilters.com with your email and order number.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and check the details of your order. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

100% Faucet Fit Guarantee

We know that faucet compatibility can sometimes be confusing. 

If your filter does not fit properly, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will help you check the installation and, if needed, send you the right adapter free of charge.

From the day the adapter or missing part is delivered to you, you will have another 14 days to check whether the filter fits your faucet. If it still does not fit, you can return the product for a refund under this policy.

Example: Your order arrives on June 1. You tell us on June 10 that the filter does not fit your faucet. We send you the right adapter, and you receive it on June 20. From June 20, you have another 14 days to check the fit and decide whether you want to keep the product or return it.

With Geyser, you will not be stuck with a product that does not fit. We will help you make it fit, or you can return it.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This also applies to returns under the 100% Faucet Fit Guarantee.

We do not provide free return labels for standard returns or fitting-related returns, unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or an essential part is missing from your order, please contact us before returning it. In these cases, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

For approved returns requested within the 14-day return window, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery option available at checkout. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we made an error with your order.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@geyserfilters.com.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be sent back with all parts, accessories, and packaging that were included in the original order.

You may inspect the product and check whether it fits your faucet. However, if the product has been used more than necessary to inspect it or check the fit, and its value has been reduced, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used replacement cartridges cannot be returned, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your returned product is incomplete or damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it or check the fit, Geyser reserves the right to reduce or refuse the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Geyser is not responsible for personal property accidentally or intentionally included in returned orders.

Warranty Information

Geyser offers a lifetime warranty for Geyser EURO filters purchased within the subscribtion. The lifetime warranty means that if your Geyser EURO filter needs to be replaced for any reason during your subscription, we will replace it at no cost to you.  The lifetime warranty cover only faucet nozzle. 

Only products purchased from geyserfilters.com are eligible for warranty consideration.
