Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription plan you'll receive repeat cartridge deliveries. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Lifetime Warranty

Subscription purchases automatically include a free lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in the water filter, provided the original purchaser maintains an active subscription. It covers the replacement of defective filter housing components only.

To claim warranty service, contact support@geyserfilters.com. Please be prepared to provide photos or videos and to return the product if requested.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled automatically once placed. If you'd like to request a cancellation, email us at support@geyserfilters.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but if the order is already in processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you don’t hear from us within one business day, your order is likely already being fulfilled. In that case, you can still return it after delivery — see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
